Welcome to Heyday Fitness. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Heyday Fitness web application and coaching service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Your phone number, verified by SMS code at sign-up (this is how you sign in and how your coach reaches you)
- Your first name and email address
- Your zip code, which we use to determine your city and state
- Your fitness goals, motivations, gym preferences, and common excuses
- Your preferred call schedule, coach name, coaching tone, and timezone
Information generated through your use
- Voice call recordings and transcripts from your coaching calls
- Text messages you exchange with the service (e.g., gym confirmations)
- Your gym attendance history, streaks, and activity data
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only your subscription status and billing identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver personalized AI coaching calls, send and receive coaching-related text messages, track your gym attendance and streaks, schedule calls at your preferred times in your timezone, process your subscription, and improve the service.
AI-powered coaching
Heyday Fitness uses artificial intelligence to plan and personalize each coaching call based on your goals, attendance, and prior conversations. Call transcripts are processed by AI to generate a coaching summary that evolves over time. This summary is used exclusively to improve your future coaching calls and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers in the following categories: voice AI and telephony providers, AI processing and language model providers, database and authentication providers, and payment processors. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may use it only to provide services to Heyday Fitness. We may also disclose information when required by law.
4. Calls and Text Messages
By providing and verifying your phone number and setting a call schedule, you consent to receive automated coaching calls and related text messages from Heyday Fitness at that number. You can stop calls at any time by removing your schedule or cancelling your subscription. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Call transcripts and coaching summaries are retained during your active subscription to power the compounding coaching memory that makes the service effective.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can update your name, email, location, goals, schedule, and coach preferences anytime in Settings. To request deletion of your account and data, email privacy@heydayfitness.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA and European users under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and portability — contact us to exercise them.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and verified-sender checks on inbound messages. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with commercially reasonable safeguards.
8. Children's Privacy
Heyday Fitness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by text or email.
