Getting started

How do I set up my call schedule?

During setup you choose the days and times Riley should call — each day can have its own time, in your timezone. You can change it anytime in Settings → Call schedule.

What number will Riley call from?

Riley calls and texts from a dedicated Heyday Fitness number. We recommend saving it to your contacts after your first call so you always know it's your coach.

How does the free trial work?

Your 3-day trial starts at checkout with full access to everything. Your card is collected up front but not charged until day 3. Cancel before then from Settings → Manage subscription and you pay nothing. After the trial, it renews at $12.99/month.

Calls & coaching

How do I log a gym visit?

Two ways: reply YES to your coach's text after a workout, or tap the day on your dashboard calendar. Both update your streak instantly, and the calendar lets you log visits up to a week back.

What if I miss a call?

It shows as missed in your history, and Riley picks up where you left off on the next scheduled call. You can still log that day's gym visit from the dashboard.

Can I change my coaching tone?

Yes — Settings → My coach. Choose Encouraging (warm and supportive), Balanced (direct but understanding), or Drill Sergeant (high intensity, no excuses). Your coach adapts their entire approach.

How does Riley remember previous conversations?

After every call, an AI-generated coaching summary captures what motivated you, what held you back, and key moments. Riley uses it on every future call, so coaching gets more personal over time.

How long are the calls?

Short and effective — typically 2 to 4 minutes. Riley's goal is to get you moving, not to keep you on the phone. If you've already worked out, she celebrates and lets you go.

Account & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Manage subscription opens your secure billing portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. Cancel anytime before your renewal date and you won't be charged again — calls stop when your access ends.

How do I change my phone number?

Your phone number is your verified sign-in identity, so it can't be changed from Settings. Email support@heydayfitness.com and we'll help you move your account to a new number.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@heydayfitness.com with the subject "Delete My Account." We process requests within 30 days. Cancel your subscription first so you aren't billed again.
